Design and Construction Report (DCR)
As per the MTO Class EA, a Design and Construction Report (DCR) has been prepared to document how the environmental assessment process was completed, including how commitments identified in the approved TESR, and environmental protection measures have been addressed during detail design.
The DCR includes environmental mitigation and protection measures that will be carried out during construction.

The DCR is available for a 30-Day Public Comment Period at the following locations and at the link below between Tuesday, November 12, 2024, and Friday December 13, 2024.
